1. The agreement
These Creator terms are between [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [registered address] ("we", "us") and you, the person or organisation that creates a Creator site ("you"). They cover the free Creator site and everything you do with it.
2. What you get, free
- A branded Match Point Challenge site at your chosen address on mpc.tennis, with your name, colours and logo, a leaderboard of your own members, one sponsor line on your dashboard that is yours to sell, and the Partners portal to manage it.
- Your site sits inside the Match Point Challenge community. Your members' picks also count in the public game and the world ranking, and members can switch between Global and your site.
- Nothing to pay, for you or your members. Members may buy Premium or Ultra from us as any player can; that revenue is ours unless we agree a share with you in writing.
3. Powered by Match Point Challenge
Your site shows a small "Powered by Match Point Challenge" line, and members you bring in may be shown as playing with you across the public game. You may not remove, hide or alter that line.
4. Your members
- Every member has a Match Point Challenge account and accepts our End User terms and Privacy Policy. We are the data controller.
- You see members' screen names and standings only. You do not receive email addresses or other personal details, and you will not try to obtain them through the site.
- You can remove a member from your site. Their account and picks are untouched.
5. Your sponsor line
- The sponsor line may show a name, a logo and a link of your choosing, and you may sell it or use it for your own work. What you earn from it is yours.
- It must be lawful, suitable for a general audience including under 18s, and must not promote gambling, adult content, tobacco, weapons or anything that misleads members. We may ask you to change or remove a sponsor and may remove one ourselves if it breaks this rule.
- You are responsible to your sponsor for anything you promise them. We make no guarantee of views, clicks or members.
6. Your branding, content and prizes
- You keep all rights in your name, logos and other brand assets and grant us a licence to display them within your site and in emails to your members, and to name your site in our own marketing unless you tell us not to.
- You may say you run a game "on Match Point Challenge" and use our name to promote your site. You may not imply we endorse you, and you may not use our logo outside the assets we provide.
- Everything you publish on your site must be lawful and yours to publish. Prizes you offer are yours to fulfil and administer.
7. The service
We provide the game, match data, scoring, results and standings, and we aim to keep them running through every tournament, without guaranteeing availability. Match data may be late or corrected; we settle on the official result. We may improve the game and its scoring, with changes applying from the next tournament. Support is by email at info@matchpointchallenge.com.
8. Changes and ending
- Creator sites are free and we may change what is included, or withdraw the Creator offering, with thirty days' notice. Your members' accounts and picks continue in the public game.
- You can close your site at any time by asking us. We can suspend or close it immediately for a breach of these terms, or on notice if it has been inactive for a year.
- When we update these terms you will be asked to accept the new version in the Partners portal, with a note of what changed.
9. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise the Creator site is provided free and as it is, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to one hundred pounds. You are responsible for claims arising from your branding, your sponsor line, your prizes and your promotion of the site.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales] and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
