Match Point Challenge Corporate Terms

Version 1, in force from 23 September 2026

Version 1, 23 September 2026

1. The agreement

These Corporate terms are between [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [registered address] ("we", "us") and the organisation on whose behalf a Corporate site is created ("you", "the client"). The person who creates the site confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the organisation. They apply to the Corporate, Corporate+ and Enterprise tiers. For Enterprise clients, a signed contract takes precedence over anything in these terms that it covers.

2. What you get

  • A branded, walled Match Point Challenge site at your chosen address on mpc.tennis, with unlimited players on every tier, every game feature switched on, and the tools in the Partners portal to brand it, manage members and admins, run prizes, and export your member list.
  • Corporate+ adds your own domain, advanced branding, five admin seats, a sponsor line for your own partners, rivalries and private groups for your members, replies to your emails going to your address, an onboarding call and priority support. Enterprise adds contract terms, invoicing, a named account manager and anything agreed in writing.
  • Your members' picks, points, positions, streaks and prizes are calculated inside your site only. Your members never see or reach the public Match Point Challenge game from your site.
  • Your site carries no Match Point Challenge branding on its pages. Emails to your members are sent under your name from our sending address, and a short line in the footer of the site and our emails identifies the platform where the law or an email provider requires it.

3. Trial, fees and billing

  • Your site goes live immediately on a fourteen day free trial. A card is required to start the trial and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
  • After the trial, the fee for your tier is charged monthly or yearly in advance, in the currency you checked out in, by card through Stripe. Yearly billing is twelve months for the price of ten. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
  • You can change tier at any time; the difference is pro rated by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing and your site stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If a payment fails we will tell you. If it is not resolved within fourteen days your site becomes read only for members, and it is archived thirty days after the end of the last paid period. Archived sites can be restored within ninety days on request.
  • Optional done for you branding is a one off fee agreed before the work starts.
  • We may change fees for future periods with at least sixty days' notice. Price changes never apply to a period already paid for.

4. Fair use

Unlimited players means we do not count seats or cap sign ups. Sites that grow to several thousand active players a tournament, or that generate exceptional email or data volumes, will be moved to an Enterprise agreement so we can support them properly. We will always talk to you first.

5. Your members and their data

  • Every member of your site has a Match Point Challenge account and accepts our End User terms and Privacy Policy. We are the data controller for those accounts and for the running of the game.
  • You can see, and export, the names, email addresses and standings of the members of your own site. For anything you do with that data outside the platform you are an independent controller and must have a lawful basis, tell members what you are doing, and honour their rights. You will not sell member data or use it for purposes unrelated to your site without the member's consent.
  • You may add an addendum to our terms for your site, publish it from the Partners portal, and members see it at registration. It cannot reduce members' rights under our End User terms.
  • Members you remove from your site keep their account and their picks. We remove a member's data from your export when they delete their account.
  • We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and, where required, a data processing addendum we provide on request.

6. Your branding, sponsors and prizes

  • You keep all rights in your name, logos and other brand assets and grant us a licence to display them within your site, in emails to your members and, only with your permission, in our own marketing.
  • You are responsible for everything you publish on your site: branding, welcome text, prizes, sponsor line and addendum. It must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, must be suitable for a general audience and must not mislead members about who runs the game.
  • Prizes you offer are yours to fulfil, tax and administer under the law that applies to you. We provide the standings; we do not hold or pay out prizes on your behalf unless agreed in writing.
  • We may take down content that breaks these rules and, for serious or repeated breaches, suspend the site.

7. Admins

The person who created the site is its owner and can add admins up to the seats in your tier. Admins can brand the site and manage members; the owner also controls billing and can remove admins. You are responsible for what your admins do.

8. The service

  • We provide the game, match data, scoring, results, standings, emails and the Partners portal, and we keep them running for every tournament of the year. Match data comes from third parties and may be late or corrected; results are settled when the official result is known.
  • We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance happens outside tournament play wherever possible. If a fault on our side stops picks for a round we settle it as fairly as we can and our decision is final.
  • We may improve the game and its scoring. Changes that affect how points are earned apply from the next tournament.
  • Support is by email at info@matchpointchallenge.com. Corporate+ and Enterprise get priority handling and an onboarding call.

9. What you may not do

Resell access to your site, run it for a third party without our agreement, remove or hide platform notices the law requires, use the site or its data for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access other sites or the public game's data.

10. Ending the agreement

Either of us can end it: you by cancelling from Billing, us with thirty days' notice or immediately for a serious breach, non payment, or a legal requirement. On ending, your site is archived as in section 3, you can export your member list beforehand, and any unpaid fees remain due. We will refund any prepaid period we have not delivered if we end the agreement without cause.

11. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. You are responsible for claims arising from your branding, sponsors, prizes and your use of member data.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the owner or an admin is asked to accept the new version in the Partners portal, with a note of what changed. Continued use after the new version is live means you accept it. Fee changes follow section 3.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales] and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
