Signing up is easy! Click on the "Login" button in the navigation, then select "Create an account". You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. After verifying your email, you're ready to start making picks!

Yes! Match Point Challenge is completely free to play for everyone. All players have access to the same tournaments and can unlock achievements. We offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide additional features like advanced statistics and custom usernames. Plus, you can earn free Premium months by unlocking achievements - and Legends get Premium FREE FOR LIFE!

No, Match Point Challenge is not gambling. It's a free-to-play fantasy sports prediction game. You don't need to pay anything to participate. There's no wagering or betting involved - you simply make predictions based on your tennis knowledge and compete against other players on the leaderboard. Unlock achievements, earn free Premium time, and climb toward Legend status.

Once a tournament is active, navigate to the Tournaments page and select the tournament you want to play. You'll see a list of upcoming matches. Simply click on the player you think will win each match to lock in your pick.

Picks must be submitted before the scheduled start time of each match. Once a match begins, picks for that match are locked and cannot be changed. We recommend making your picks early to avoid missing the deadline!

Yes! You can change your pick as many times as you want before the match starts. Simply go back to the match and select a different player. Your most recent selection before the match begins will be your final pick.

If a player withdraws before the match starts, the match is typically voided and no points are awarded or deducted. If a player retires during a match, the advancing player is considered the winner, and picks are scored accordingly based on our scoring rules.

Points are awarded based on the round of the tournament and the margin of victory. Generally, later-round matches are worth more points, and correct upset picks (picking a lower-ranked player to win) can earn bonus points. Check our How Scoring Works page for the full breakdown.

Bonus points are awarded for correctly predicting upsets - when a lower-seeded player defeats a higher-seeded player. The bigger the upset, the more bonus points you earn. This rewards players who take calculated risks with their picks.

When two or more players have the same total points, tiebreakers are resolved by:

• Most correct picks
• Most correct upset predictions
• Earlier submission time of final pick

Achievements are unlocked by reaching milestones, maintaining winning streaks, and proving your tennis expertise. Many achievements also reward you with free months of Premium subscription. Visit our Become a Legend page to see all achievements and learn how to reach Legend status.

Legend status is the ultimate achievement in Match Point Challenge. Unlock all required achievements to become a Legend and receive Premium subscription FREE FOR LIFE, an exclusive Legend badge on your profile, and a place in the Match Point Challenge Hall of Fame.

Groups allow you to create private leagues and compete against friends, family, or colleagues. Create a group, invite members with a unique code, and track your own mini-leaderboard alongside the main competition.

To create a group, go to the Groups page and click "Create Group". Give it a name and you'll receive a unique invite code to share. To join an existing group, click "Join Group" and enter the code provided by the group creator.

Click on "Login" and then select "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.

Log into your account and go to Settings. From there, you can update your display name, email address, notification preferences, and other account details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. If you have any issues, please contact our support team.
